What counts as a "ticket"?
Any support request routed through Fixly — email, Slack message, or web portal submission. Auto-resolved tickets count the same as manually handled ones.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free on any plan — no credit card required. If you go over the ticket limit during trial, we'll let you know before charging anything.
What integrations are supported?
Email (any SMTP/IMAP inbox), Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and more coming. Enterprise plans include custom integrations with your existing ITSM tools.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit the ticket limit on Starter?
You'll get a heads up when you're at 80%. We won't cut off your service mid-month — you can upgrade or we'll carry the overage at a small per-ticket rate until next cycle.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise plans include SOC 2 compliance documentation and support for GDPR/HIPAA requirements.
